- Develop and maintain accurate process models (e.g., BPMN, UML) to visualize current and future state processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes and propose improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile Methodology, preferably Scrum as consultant.
- Reviewing business requirements and documenting them as user stories in JIRA and/or ServiceNow.
- Collaborating with product owners in grooming the backlog.
- Clarifying requirements to technical teams, SDLC.
- Doing system testing of deliverables and preparing for UAT.
- Reporting - Developing and generating data quality metrics for projects.
