- All'interno dell'unitàdi funzione Legal lavorerai nello Stato maggiore della Posta, che èdirettamente subordinato alla Direzione del gruppo. Ricoprirai unafunzione centrale e rilevante per l'intero gruppo negliambiti compliance, governance, diritto, regolamentazione, sicurezzae sviluppo aziendale.
- Ti occuperaiprincipalmente di fornire una consulenza lungimirante e supportoalle società strategiche de La Posta Svizzera SA, soprattutto inambito M&A e diritto societario, anche per quanto riguardale ristrutturazioni e il diritto commerciale(internazionale).
- La tua attività di consulenzaverterà inoltre sul tema ESG e su questioni legate allasostenibilità.
- Gestirai le attività legali,lavorando in autonomia o in team, e collaborerai con specialiste especialisti esterni, assumendoti la responsabilità della loroselezione, gestione e controllo.
- Grazie allatua autonomia e visione interdisciplinare, avrai un ampio marginedi manovra per operare anche in ambiti complementari estrategici.
- Disponi di un brevetto diavvocato svizzero o estero e hai alle spalle diversi anni diesperienza professionale in un servizio legato al diritto aziendaleo in uno studio legale specializzato nella consulenza in ambitoM&A, diritto societario, diritto commerciale(internazionale) eristrutturazioni.
- Costituisce titolopreferenziale aver maturato esperienza nella consulenza negliambiti tematici ESG e sostenibilità.
- Hai unapproccio analitico e strutturato e ti contraddistingui perresilienza e creatività nella ricerca di soluzioni.
- Ti piace lavorare in un contestointerdisciplinare e internazionale e sai essere convincente graziealle tue doti comunicative.
- Haiun'ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese alivello scritto e orale e una buona conoscenza deltedesco.
