It is an exciting time at Chain IQ and our team in Zurich is looking for an Associate Consultant in Sales Enablement to work part time whilst studying. Chain IQ generate value far beyond cost reduction. We transform our client's indirect procurement towards a world-class, resilient, ethical and digitalized end-to-end function. Your responsibilities:
Prepare C-level client presentations incl. briefing of the Group CEO and CEO Region EMEA Design, build & tailor sales collaterals for the Business Development and Client Engagement Managers – in coordination with the global market enablement organization Provide project management support to the Business Development Management including project reporting and ensuring deliverables for specific client challenges are met Ensure CRM data quality by updating entries and by actively engaging with the Business Development and Client Engagement Managers to keep accounts, target lists and opportunities up-to-date Ensure CRM reporting readiness and prepare the global as well as regional sales meetings Take the lead of strategic initiatives in line with the company’s strategy goalsYour profile:
1-5 years of business / consulting experience; Procurement or Supply Chain or Financial Service sector experience a plus Independent thinking with proven experience and capability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent management and planning skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent writing skills and an ability to translate complicated concepts into comprehensible language for the target audience Proficiency in English and German Ability to maintain confidentiality when necessary Advanced skills in MS Office including PowerPoint and equivalent creative solutionsBonus points:
Ability to demonstrate awareness of business and organizational sensitivities and reflect this in approaches to communicate change Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills A good aptitude to learn with a willingness to share knowledge and to learn from others Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative tools Proven track record of designing, fostering and delivering C-suite collateral High degree of business acumen and experience in interaction with all levels of a company A can-do mentality in combination with high responsiveness and the ability to take initiativeWe are Great Place To Work® certified in Switzerland, the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Romania, Poland and China.
