Job description Work Pattern Percentage: 80 – 100%Location: ZurichThe Growth Market Development team is looking for an Industry Developer (Senior) Manager to drive growth and impact with our strategic Swiss Banking clients The FSI Industry Developer, focusing on banking, plays a key role within our client relationship and business development strategy. They support the banking and broadly FSI industry leadership team in all activities, including developing strategy, managing pipeline, financials and client campaigns. They will also act as a Deloitte FSI ambassador, both internally and externally, and support our client teams as they interact with our Banking clients, to build and maintain sustainable and successful relationships and drive incremental revenue growth.How you can make an impact: Partner with senior leaders to develop an understanding of the industry’s goals and challengesDrive the strategy and develop client campaigns and business planning activities for priority markets within bankingLead industry management activities including financial reporting, opportunity management, value measurement, marketing, communications, and compliance Drive the organisation of forums / events which build and develop trusted, sustainable relationships with client stakeholders in our target client portfolio Foster the banking /FSI industry community including senior leadership meetings, periodic newsletters and promote a culture of excellence, collaboration and inclusion Act as primary point of contact to respond to adhoc Swiss banking related enquires Connect Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and support pursuit teams across businesses Provide account management support for target client portfolios Onboard account teams and support them in their rolesWho are we looking for: You demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills across all levels that help you to guide others with confidence and compassion You have 6 - 12 years of experience working in the banking industry in Switzerland Previous experience at Deloitte or other Big 4 firm is a strong asset You have strong analytical abilities, high-quality assurance standards, and attentiveness to details to enable you to solve problems and initiate actions with limited information Throughout your career, you have built a successful track record of entrepreneurship and business development You communicate fluently in English and German - additional language skills are an advantage University degree is desirable Your team By joining our team in Zurich, you will become part of a diverse group of like-minded colleagues right from the first day.
