In unserer Personal- und Ausbildungsberatung arbeiten wir mit verschiedenen Firmen im Luxus-, Premium- und High-Premium-Bereich in ganz Europa zusammen und haben Büros in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Mailand und München.

Ihre Aufgaben als Training Manager:

  • Entwicklung von Schulungsinhalten in Bezug auf das Wissen über die
    Zusammensetzung der Produkte, deren Anwendung und die jeweiligen Make
    Up-Techniken, um das Wissen der Teams zu erweitern;
  • Durchführung von aktiven Schulungen zur Entwicklung von Verkaufs- und
    Kundenservice-Fähigkeiten;
  • Durchführung von Schulungseinheiten zu neuen Produkteinführungen und
    Kollektionen gemäß den Richtlinien;
  • Sicherstellung regelmässiger Feedbacks zu Schulungen, Wissen und technischen
    Fähigkeiten, die in verschiedenen Filialen etabliert sind;

Anforderungen als Training Manager:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams im
    Einzelhandel in der Beauty Industrie, mit dem Hauptfokus auf Verkaufs-KPIs;
  • Erfahrung in der Schulung von Teams;
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Kundenservicefähigkeiten;
  • Im Besitz eines Führerscheins;
  • Bereitschaft zu nationalen und internationalen Reisen;
  • Erfahrung und/oder Ausbildung im Bereich Beauty, Make-up oder Kosmetik;
  • Englischkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau oder höher;
