We are eager to expand our presence in Switzerland and we are seeking a proficient Growth Architect & Business Development Guru to join our team on a commission basis. Role Summary: The Growth Architect & Business Development Guru will be pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities across various sectors, focusing on VR and AR applications for museums, educational institutions, and location-based experiences. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate leads and establish relationships with new clients in the museum, education and cultural sectors. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to demonstrate the value and utility of our VR and AR solutions. Achieve sales targets by effectively managing a sales pipeline and engaging potential clients. Candidate Profile: Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably with a background in technology or educational/cultural sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in German and/or French. English is an asset. Independent work ethic, with excellent time management and organizational skills. Compensation: Competitive commission structure offering up to 20% on successful project closures. Opportunity for significant earnings based on performance.
