This position sits at the intersection of client service excellence, commercial strategy and people management, with a strong focus on Swiss occupational pension schemes (2nd pillar / LPP). This role is designed for experienced pension professionals rather than general customer service or generic insurance managers.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Client Advisory Services team, ensuring high-quality, proactive service to insured members and corporate clientsDefine, deploy and continuously evolve the client advisory and commercial strategy in line with institutional objectivesActively manage and improve client-facing processes, workflows and service standardsAnalyse market trends, competitive positioning and regulatory developments in occupational pensionsDrive operational efficiency through process optimisation and clear governanceOversee reporting, KPIs and performance metrics to support strategic decision-makingEnsure clarity, consistency and accuracy of client communications (circulars, forms, guidelines)Work closely with internal stakeholders (management, communication, operations) to align client strategyRequirementsStrong professional background in occupational pensions / professional benefitsProven people management experience in a client advisory, pensions or insurance environmentSolid understanding of Swiss social insurance and pension frameworks (LPP)Federal diploma in social insurance, LPP specialist certification or equivalent qualificationStrategic mindset combined with hands-on operational leadershipStrong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisionsHigh ethical standards and strong sense of professional responsibilityBilingual German & French (mandatory)Fluent English required for professional and institutional useBenefitsSenior role with real strategic and operational impactHigh level of autonomy and responsibilityEnvironment focused on professionalism, quality of service and long-term valueStable institutional setting with room to shape processes and strategyFlexible working arrangements within a structured framework
