And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.For our biopharmaceutical Drug Product manufacturing facility, we are currently looking for students and young graduates who would like to do an internship in the pharmaceutical industry.Duration: 10-12 months What you will getAn agile career and a dynamic work cultureAn inclusive and ethical workplaceCompensation programs that recognize high performanceWhat you will do:Assist in daily manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting, investigations, and process optimizationPerform data collection and statistical analysis and coordinate process improvement projectsPlan and execute manufacturing study protocols and write reportsReview, update, and translate standard operating procedures (SOPs)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement new process technologiesWhat we are looking forA collaborative mindset and eagerness to learnAcademic background in natural sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, biotechnology)Interest in gaining practical experience in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing environmentResults-driven and solution-oriented personalityStrong analytical skills; familiarity with documentation and data analysis tools is a plusProficiency in English; German language skills are an assetPassionate about seeking a career in biopharmaceutical manufacturingEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
