Join a dynamic team at a leading Contract Manufacturing Organisation and contribute to groundbreaking projects and cutting-edge solutions. Proclinical is seeking a Drug Product Project Champion to oversee and drive technical expansion and capacity increase projects within Drug Product manufacturing. This role focuses on supporting production ramp-up while ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and within scope. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. Responsibilities: Lead technical expansion and capacity increase projects in Drug Product manufacturing. Provide technical input to project designs, ensuring alignment with operational needs and regulatory standards such as EU GMP Annex 1. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external suppliers to ensure project governance and timely delivery. Develop and implement best-practice processes aligned with current industry and regulatory trends. Manage change control, troubleshoot issues, and address deviations related to projects and equipment. Establish and update operational procedures in collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams. Key Skills and Requirements: Strong technical experience in GMP manufacturing; Drug Product experience is preferred. Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Familiarity with CAPEX projects and equipment qualification is advantageous. Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP and Annex 1 requirements. Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus. Collaborative, results-driven, and equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform under pressure.
