Proclinical is seeking a Drug Product Project Champion to oversee and drive technical expansion and capacity increase projects within Drug Product manufacturing. This role focuses on supporting production ramp-up while ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical expansion and capacity increase projects in Drug Product manufacturing.
  • Provide technical input to project designs, ensuring alignment with operational needs and regulatory standards such as EU GMP Annex 1.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external suppliers to ensure project governance and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement best-practice processes aligned with current industry and regulatory trends.
  • Manage change control, troubleshoot issues, and address deviations related to projects and equipment.
  • Establish and update operational procedures in collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong technical experience in GMP manufacturing; Drug Product experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with CAPEX projects and equipment qualification is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP and Annex 1 requirements.
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Collaborative, results-driven, and equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform under pressure.
