Ihre Aufgaben
Validating and reporting on laboratory medical analyses in the field of hematology Explaining result and Providing laboratory medical counseling for customers (hospitals, clinics, general practioners, etc.) Co-managing a broad spectrum of hematology analyses with the opportunity to specialize further in one or more areas : routine analytics, flow cytometry, special coagulation, immunohematology, emergency analytics/blood bank in our hospital laboratories Evaluating, introducing, monitoring, and validating new laboratory testing procedures Ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective services Maintaining and developing scientifically-based analytics in an accredited laboratory Collaborating with the laboratory manager, marketing, and management Actively participating in training and continuing education

Completed FAMH training as a specialist in laboratory medicine with a focus on hematology Additional FAMH and/or FMH training is an advantage Communicative personality with strong social skills Ability to work in a team and collaborate constructively Dynamic personality with a scientific interest Excellent German or French skills, good knowledge of English
