Introduction
Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.
Your Tasks
- Project Planning and Execution: Define and manage projects according to directives from the Senior Manager. Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define project success criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective communication among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on project status to the Senior Manager, including risk assessments, budget tracking, and progress reports.

- Project and Program Management: Rigorous operations skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in supporting and driving performance within cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive superior results.
- Decision-Making Process: Ability to build options, propose the best solution, and communicate effectively to make informed decisions promptly while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on operations, investment, and operational excellence projects.
- Education: University degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related field. Training in Project Management required; certification appreciated.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, develop comprehensive project plans, and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders in English; proficiency in French and German is highly appreciated.
