Vos responsabilités

Saisie et traitement autonome des commandes

Planification et coordination des techniciens d'installation

Gestion des délais pour les maintenances annuelles

Assurer une planification efficace des ressources en tenant compte des aspects écologiques et économiques

Réalisation des tâches administratives dans le domaine de responsabilité

Votre profil

Formation achevée dans le domaine commercial ou technique, complétée par une formation continue dans le domaine technique/commercial

Expérience professionnelle en planification, idéalement dans les secteurs de la sécurité et/ou de l'informatique

Excellentes connaissances linguistiques en allemand et en anglais, toute autre langue nationale est un atout

Esprit d’initiative, approche orientée vers la résolution de problèmes

Très bonnes connaissances des outils Microsoft Office

Personnalité résistante au stress, autonome, tout en étant capable de travailler en équipe, amicale, communicative et orientée client
