What it's about
The Business Applications Analysis Group is closely aligned with the business teams and responsible for the analysis, onboarding and prioritization of Partners Group’s major projects. Further, it takes care of the development, customization and on-going enhancement of our applications to best support the global business operations of Partners Group.
Responsibilities
Help in developing business case by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats Document clear and concise specification including workflow charts and diagrams Onboard all stakeholders as a part of the process and finalize the scope of work. Define system capabilities and expectations from stakeholders Identify key project milestones, phases and elements Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports Recommend process improvements to senior management For selected projects take the lead role and drive the project. .newspaper { h1 { font-size: 250%; font-family: Lato;} h2 { font-size: 200%;} p { font-size: 100%;} What we expectRequirements:
Bachelor degree in IT, Business or related field of equivalent experience At least 5-7 years of experience in gathering technical and business requirements from end users and business unit leaders Strong understanding of capital markets and the financial industry Proficient in SQL to query and analyze data within MS SQL databases Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive Ability to work independently and with others Extremely organized with strong time-management skillsDesirable but not must:
Experience in capital markets will be a strong plus Fit in MS Office, especially Excel Proven project management/Business Analysis certification like Prince2, PMP, CAPM, CSM, Agile, Safe etc.What we offer
