About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Data Analyst to build and own our data analytics infrastructure. You'll be the bridge between our data and business decisions, working closely with teams across the organization to transform raw data into actionable insights.

This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to support our growing ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in driving high-impact initiatives and have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s rapid growth.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines to handle complex data streams that can scale with our rapid growth.
  2. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metrics using SQL and BI tools (Quicksight/BigQuery/Tableau).
  3. Work closely with the product, marketing, and business teams to understand their analytics needs, focusing on key metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  4. Analyze both on-chain and off-chain data to support strategic decision-making.
  5. Partner with the marketing team to analyze data, uncovering key insights and trends that can be transformed into compelling reports and narratives for external communications.

Minimum Requirements

  1. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or related field.
  2. Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data warehouses (Quicksight/BigQuery/Tableau).
  3. Proven track record of building data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
  4. Experience working with blockchain/onchain data.
  5. Ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.
  6. Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
