Witzig The Office Company ist in den Bereichen Büroplanung, Bürogestaltung und Büroeinrichtung aktiv und bietet neben Produkten, Sortiment und Design auch Dienstleistungen und Consulting zu allen Themen rund um die Neuen Arbeitswelten an.

Für unseren Standort in Zürich-Altstetten suchen wir eine:n Teamleiter:in Workplace Support, (inkl. Innendienst und Ausschreibungskompetenzzentrum).

Aufgaben Personelle Führung sowie Ausbildung des Workplace-Teams bestehend aus 8 Mitarbeitenden Förderung einer positiven Teamkultur und Entwicklung eines engagierten Teams Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, d.h. Beratung von Kunden in Absprache mit dem Vertrieb Drehscheibe zwischen Kunde, Vertrieb, Logistik, Lieferant und Finanzabteilung Mitarbeit in Projekten Beratung von Kunden in den Ausstellungsräumlichkeiten Administrative Leitung des Ausschreibungskompetenzzentrums Ausarbeitung von Ausschreibungen Sicherstellung der Abläufe und Prozesse sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung  Bemusterungen organisieren Kundenpräsentationen und Produktepräsentationen erstellen Voraussetzungen Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld sowie Hands-on-Mentalität  Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung  Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise  Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir bieten
