Let’s shape the future of wealth management together. Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements. This encompasses the thorough understanding and meticulous tracking of all service dependencies and proactive lifecycle management.YOUR CHALLENGEAct as the first point of contact for Operations, Support, Maintenance and overarching Service LifecycleMaintain an IT Service or an infrastructure component, ensuring that Service Level Agreement and Operational Level Agreement are in place and fulfilledManage seamless operations end-to-end, collaborating closely with 1st, 2nd level, DevOps team, and external service providersAct as gatekeeper for any change in the IT Service and ensure compliance with IT governance (e.g. Security, Risk Management, Technical Debt Management etc.)Improve continuously the service quality, availability, performance, capacity, and knowledge management, actively contributing to the development of the Application Owner Manager communityAct as the Operations champion for new features. Ensure that the operational health of the platform is represented when new features are being definedOwn Service and Asset Configuration Management of allocated IT Services (HPSM, ARIS, IAM roles) as well as IT Service Continuity Management for allocated IT ServicesEnsure proper tailoring and implementation of non-functional requirements in collaboration with the Application Engineer and coordinate the transition into test and production environmentsResponsible for measuring, documenting and optimizing Software usage including regular License Compliance Check in closed collaboration with SAMYOUR PROFILE10+ years of experience in projects or operational management of IT applicationsDynamic and agile mindset, being passionate about operationsAble to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasksExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong analytical, communication, interpersonal, co-ordinational and leading skillsProficiency in tools and technologies related to IT service management, Operations and GovernanceFamiliarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and other relevant frameworksExperience / understanding of Data Lake / Data Lake House technology stake (Kafka, Kubernetes, S3, VMware..)Experience / understanding of Data architecture, data pipelines and data productsProven experience in IT service management, operations, and IT governanceRelevant higher education and professional background within computer scienceWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
