Aufgaben
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Aufträgen inklusive Vertragsprüfung, Zahlungsmodalitäten, Verfügbarkeiten, Versand und Fakturierung von Turmdrehkranen
  • Koordination mit Produktion und Logistik zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen
  • Ansprechpartner:in für nationale und internationale Kunden, Banken und Dienstleister bei Zahlungsabsicherungen und Exportabwicklung
  • Kontinuierliche Auftragsverfolgung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Artikel- und Stammdaten in SAP R/3
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von SAP-Prozessen im Bereich Order-to-Cash
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, idealerweise im internationalen Geschäft und Exportbereich
  • Sehr gute SAP R/3-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ein sicheres Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
