Key responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating documents, including standard agreements, board meeting minutes, resolutions, consents, and other corporate governance materials.
  • Coordinating approvals, signatures, notarizations, and legalizations of documents.
  • Monitoring and tracking legal and regulatory changes affecting the company.
  • Organizing and maintaining corporate records to ensure compliance and accessibility.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative and organizational support.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Swiss corporate law, preferably within a law firm or publicly traded company.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
