Assistant Compliance officer

This position offers great flexibility and is ideal for someone who is organized and service-oriented with a proactive attitude.
You will report to the compliance team and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.
Your main tasks will be the followings:
- Onboarding of new clients and periodical KYC review & Follow-up
- Perform transactions monitoring.
- Maintaining the Compliance and Regulatory Documents for Counterparties & AML Third Party requests.
- Performing daily checks.
- Providing general administrative support to the Compliance team.
- Assist with maintaining records and documentation.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in administrative support.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
