This position offers great flexibility and is ideal for someone who is organized and service-oriented with a proactive attitude.

You will report to the compliance team and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.

Your main tasks will be the followings:

  • Onboarding of new clients and periodical KYC review & Follow-up
  • Perform transactions monitoring.
  • Maintaining the Compliance and Regulatory Documents for Counterparties & AML Third Party requests.
  • Performing daily checks.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Compliance team.
  • Assist with maintaining records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in administrative support.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
