Das erwartet dich:

  • Projekteinkauf für die Warengruppen Software (SaaS/OnPremise), Hardware & IT-Dienstleistungen sowie Professional Services
  • Gestaltung des Evaluationsprozesses, Erstellung von Angebotsanalysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen inkl. Durchführung von Ausschreibungen (RFI, RFQ und RFP), Verhandlungsführung und Abschluss nationaler und internationaler Verträge
  • Durchführung von Warengruppenanalysen und Ableitung von Beschaffungsstrategien sowie Lieferanten- und Stakeholdermanagement
  • Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und Gruppengesellschaften aus verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von kommerziellen und rechtlichen Vorgaben in enger Abstimmung mit dem Rechtsdienst

Das suchen wir:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Uni/FH) und/oder Abschluss als Einkaufsspezialist/in mit eidgenössischem Diplom
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der indirekten Beschaffung, idealerweise im internationalen Konzernumfeld und im IT-Software-Bereich (Lizenzierung, Support, Maintenance, Implementierung & SaaS-Lösungen) und IT Professional Services
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Sourcing mit Fokus auf Vertragsrecht, Verhandlungsführung und Wettbewerbssituationen
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
