Sie tragen die Verantwortung für das operative Geschäft in Ihrem Marktgebiet mit rund 35 Mitarbeitenden an zwei Standorten (Wädenswil und Volketswil). Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Vorgesetzten und den anderen Regionalleitern entwickeln Sie eine zukunftsgerichtete Vertriebs- und Ausführungsstrategie und setzen diese mit Ihrem Team konsequent auf allen Ebenen um. Zudem bauen Sie tragfähige Beziehungen zu einer vielfältigen Kundschaft auf und pflegen dieses Netzwerk. Ergänzend hinterfragen Sie gezielt bestehende Arbeitsabläufe und optimieren Prozesse wenn nötig. Bei all Ihren Überlegungen beachten Sie das Kosten/Nutzen-Verhältnis und die Kundenzufriedenheit.

Was Sie mitbringen
Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Standing und Kenner der Bau- und Baunebenbranche im Raum Zürich. Gefragt ist jemand mit Charakter, Wille und Management-Kompetenzen. Konkret erwarten wir eine hohe Integrität, Verlässlichkeit, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, wozu auch das Erkennen von Kausalitäten und das Setzen von Massnahmen zählen. 

Ideal ist eine handwerkliche Ausbildung (Schreiner, Zimmermann, Bauleiter, Metall- oder Fassadenbauer), ergänzt mit einer kaufmännischen Weiterbildung auf Stufe (HF/FH) oder vice-versa. Sie sind eine vertriebsorientierte Leaderfigur und ausgewiesene Führungskraft und überzeugen durch herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Ihre ruhige Art. Sie verfügen über repräsentative Fähigkeiten und eine gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch. Moderne IT-Werkzeuge wenden Sie versiert an und Sie sind gerne geschäftlich unterwegs (ca. 40%).
