Human Resources (Learning and Development - Your RoleAs an HR your responsibilities include:On of the on-boarding trainer schedules to ensure efficient onboarding delivery.Managing the booking and setting up schedules and to frontline managers and directors.Delivering Identity training to new and organizing welcome X CODIR members.Liaising with training partners to ensure smooth onboarding Training – MontreuxSetting up and various training programs, including BLS, performance training, vigilance, hand hygiene, F&B training, and more.Learning and Development ProgramOverseeing program X scheduling, and of up on program processes: sending reminders, with suppliers, and ensuring timely for dashboard reporting, including training and English learning progress.Monitoring training from X Academy Deployment – training programs X and resorts, including requests, travel follow-ups, and tool ( , quizzes, request forms).Managing colleagues travel and onsite schedules with daily onboarding sessions level) for Hubs and resorts teams X online.Supporting Welcome X , and Activities – CLP with content for training manuals and ensuring with pillar owners.Maintaining and filing relevant documents ( , DA filing, invoices).Managing selection, and ordering processes.Developing online tools, including forms X , to enhance training HR SupportAssisting the CHRO in all HR and activities for resorts (Montreux – Switzerland, Anji – China, Amaala – Saudi Arabia, etc.) and hubs (Spain, Doha, Dubai, etc.) spanning the full employee life cycle, from X offboarding.Preparing and posting job advertisements on relevant and interviews with hiring managers.Maintaining and employee recordsFiling and archiving documents, including contracts, amendments, and employee personal in compliance with GDPR and Swiss reports and dashboards ( , training progress, headcount, performance review schedules for our hubs and resortsSupporting managers and employees in using performance tools and completion of and follow-up actions.Supporting the of employee development as a point of contact for employees for general HR inquiries.Supporting the CHRO in HR and projects.Assisting with system X with other HR team X ensure smooth & Experience:CFC as Commercial Employee or equivalent HR Assistant is a plus.Previous experience of minimum 3 years as HR in an & Competencies:Very good understanding of Swiss Labor laws and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Languages: Advanced level in English and French other languages are an asset.
