Clinique La Prairie, a renowned healthcare and wellness institution, is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support its global operations. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless HR processes, focusing on international employee onboarding, training, and support.

**Your Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate the onboarding plan, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Manage trainer schedules to optimize onboarding delivery and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate schedules and updates to management.

**International HR Support**

You will assist the CHRO in all HR administrative and operational activities for resorts and hubs across the globe, encompassing the full employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.

  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Support performance review schedules and employee development plans.

**Requirements**

  • CFC or equivalent education, HR Assistant Certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR coordinator in an international environment.
