HR Excellence Coordinator

At Clinique La Prairie, we are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional employee experiences and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

• Onboarding and Training: Coordinate the onboarding process, ensure efficient delivery of training programs, manage booking platforms, and communicate schedules and updates to stakeholders.
• Learning and Development Program: Oversee program coordination, including participant registration, date scheduling, and preparation of materials, as well as monitoring training statuses and gathering data for dashboard reporting.
• CLP Academy Deployment: Coordinate training programs across international hubs and resorts, manage international colleagues' travel and onsite schedules, deliver onboarding sessions, and support welcome pack preparation.
• Administrative Activities: Collaborate with content creators, maintain and file relevant documents, manage material selection and ordering processes, and develop online tools to enhance training delivery.
• International HR Support: Assist the CHRO in all HR administrative and operational activities for resorts and hubs, spanning the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.

• Education & Experience: CFC as Commercial Employee or equivalent education, plus 3 years of experience as an HR coordinator in an international environment.
• Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Swiss Labor laws and regulations, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ability to build and maintain positive relationships, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
