Vous serez en charge de fournir un support technique de premier niveau à nos utilisateurs, en garantissant la résolution rapide et efficace des incidents et des demandes. Ce poste est idéal pour un(e) candidat(e) ayant un excellent niveau en anglais et désireux(se) de développer sa carrière dans le domaine du support IT.

Service Desk Specialist

 

Responsabilités principales :

 

  • Assurer la réception, la prise en charge et le suivi des incidents et demandes via différents canaux (téléphone, e-mail, outils de ticketing).
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques de base liés aux systèmes informatiques, aux réseaux et aux logiciels.
  • Escalader les incidents complexes aux équipes techniques appropriées si nécessaire.
  • Documenter toutes les interventions et résolutions dans la base de données de l’entreprise.
  • Assurer un suivi constant de la qualité du service rendu, avec un haut niveau de satisfaction des utilisateurs.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes IT pour garantir une résolution rapide et efficace des problèmes.

 

Profil recherché :

 

  • Diplôme en informatique ou expérience équivalente (profil junior accepté).
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral) : vous interagerez régulièrement avec des utilisateurs anglophones.
  • Compétences de base en support informatique (Windows, MacOS, logiciels bureautiques, outils de ticketing).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec une approche orientée vers le client.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
