Nous recrutons un·eChief Financial Officer (CFO)pour le compte de l’un de nos clients,PME basée à Genève.Ce poste s’adresse à un·eCFO connecté·e au terrain , capable de conjuguervision stratégique et implication opérationnelle , au cœur des enjeux business.RESPONSABILITESRattaché·e directement à la Direction Générale, vous êtes responsable dupilotage global de la fonction financedu groupe et jouez un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement de sa stratégie, de sa performance et de sa structuration.À ce titre, vous :Pilotez l’ensemble des activités financières du groupe avec uneapproche très opérationnelle , proche des équipes et des réalités terrain.Encadrez, animez et développez l’équipe finance, en favorisant la responsabilisation, la montée en compétences et une culture de la performance.Supervisez la trésorerie, les flux de cash et les besoins de financement du groupe.Construisez et pilotez les budgets, reforecastings et projections financières dans un environnement agile et en mouvement.Produisez et analysez des indicateurs financiers clairs, fiables et orientés décision, au service de la Direction et des opérationnels.Intervenez commevéritable partenaire businessde la Direction Générale, en challengeant les projets de développement, d’investissement et d’optimisation.Contribuez activement à l’optimisation des outils financiers, des process de gestion et de reporting, dans une logique d’amélioration continueVous déplacezen Suisse romande environ une fois par semaineafin de rester connecté·e aux équipes, aux sites et aux enjeux opérationnelsPROFILFormation supérieure en finance (brevet, HES, expert-comptable ou équivalent).Expérience confirmée en tant queCFO , impérativement acquise au sein dePME agiles en forte évolution.Solide culture financière, avec une capacité àmettre les mains dans l’opérationnellorsque nécessaire.Expérience dans des environnements en transformation, croissance ou structuration.Posture managériale affirmée, orientée proximité, pragmatisme et engagement des équipes.Esprit entrepreneurial, sens business développé et excellente capacité d’analyse.À l’aise dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs de niveau Direction, tout en restant accessible et proche du terrain.Maîtrise parfaite dufrançais et de l’anglaisà l’oral comme à l’écrit (niveau courant requis).Disponibilité rapide très appréciée.POURQUOI REJOINDRE CE PROJET?Un rôle clé, stratégique et très concret, au cœur d’un structure en mouvement.Une fonction CFOà fort impact , mêlant vision, action et proximité terrain.Un environnement dynamique, agile et orienté croissance.Une vraie latitude pour structurer, optimiser et faire évoluer la fonction finance.
