The role combines analytical rigor, program management, and cross-functional coordination. Your main responsibilities include:· Translate strategic objectives into initiatives and workstreams with clear ownership and key results.· Support the development and maintenance of the strategic project portfolio.· Prepare and facilitate governance meetings.· Develop dashboards, reports, and executive updates on strategy execution.· Identify risks, interdependencies, and capacity constraints across initiatives.· Act as a liaison with OKR sponsors and project owners.· Support the annual strategy planning process and cascading of goals.· Drive continuous improvement of SMO processes, tools, and templates.Your profile Your Profile:· Educational Background: A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.· Experience: 4–7 years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, or project/portfolio management. Familiarity with performance management tools and strategy execution frameworks. Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.· Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ideally exposure to Objective and Key Result methodologies.· Attitude: A proactive attitude, the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and the passion to make an impact.· Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Why us?
