Our headquarters for this role is in beautiful Lucerne (Luzern), where you'll work closely with local colleagues while collaborating seamlessly with our remote team members and our offices in Amsterdam and Barcelona.

We're now expanding our product team with a Product Manager who will own and accelerate three key growth and engagement domains: Gamification, Referrals, and Bank Connections (PSD2).
Role overview
As our new Product Manager, you will build on top of strong existing foundations across these domains — optimizing what already works, scaling proven mechanics, and delivering the next wave of high‑impact improvements. You'll work closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, and commercial teams to build delightful user experiences and scalable product solutions.
This role blends strategic thinking, customer empathy, and hands-on product delivery. You'll be responsible for bringing ideas to life end to end from discovery to launch to continuous improvement.
What you'll own1. Gamification
Our gamification layer is already live and actively used by our customers. You will inherit a solid foundation of reward mechanics, challenges, and engagement loops — and take them to the next level.
Create engaging, habit-forming mechanics that motivate users to return, save more, and explore the product.
Define long-term gamification strategy, reward systems, progression loops, and engagement models.
Build and manage features such as achievement systems, streaks, challenges, and point economies.
Collaborate with design to ensure behavioural and UX excellence.
2. Referrals & Growth Loops
Our referral system is already operational with clear traction. You'll optimise existing flows, incentives, and conversion points — and unlock new viral loops to accelerate organic growth.
Own referral funnels end-to-end — activation, virality, conversion, incentives, and rewards.
Design scalable growth loops that increase organic acquisition.
Analyse bottlenecks and prioritise initiatives to maximise referral success.
Test and optimise referral incentives based on data insights and behavioural triggers.
3. Bank Connections
We already offer PSD2-based bank connections used by thousands of customers. Your role is to enhance reliability, expand coverage, and unlock more value on top of the existing infrastructure.
Oversee integrations with banking providers and aggregators.
Improve reliability, performance, and coverage of bank connections.
Work with partners, engineers, and compliance to deliver secure and smooth onboarding.
Identify opportunities to enhance the value users get from connected accounts.
Own product discovery, roadmap, and delivery across the three domains;
Lead data-driven decision-making and define success metrics;
Collaborate with engineering for smooth execution and prioritization;
Work with UX and behavioral design to craft intuitive and rewarding experiences;
Partner with marketing andCRM to shape go-to market and lifecycle journeys;
Leverage AI tools to streamline discovery, boost productivity, and support data driven decision making across all product domains;
Ensure regulatory, security, and privacy requirements are met;
Be the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs.
1–3 years of working experience in a relevant industry or context (fintech, consumer apps, behavioral design, gaming, loyalty, growth, or similar);
Previous PM experience is a strong plus, but not a hard requirement — we welcome applicants who have worked in related roles (e.g., UX, data, operations, product analytics, growth, engineering, or project coordination) and are ready to step into product management;
Strong understanding of behavioural design, gamification principles, or viral/growth mechanics;
Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and navigating technical concepts;
Excellent analytical skills; able to interpret data, run experiments, and measure impact;
Empathetic, pragmatic, and highly collaborative;
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
Comfortable using AI-powered tools to accelerate research, analysis, and productivity, and eager to leverage AI to enhance product workflows.
Passionate about improving financial behaviour and building delightful user experiences.
Experience with Open Banking / PSD2 ecosystems;
Familiarity with reward systems, loyalty economies, or game design principles;
Startup or scale-up experience;
Previous work in highly regulated environments.
