Senior Manager Supply Chain Sustainability

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATIONA purpose-lead management role to work closely with the Global Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation team. This role offers the chance to actively support the team in defining priorities, driving, and measuring key progress of sustainability efforts in Supply Chain. You will collaborate with colleagues across the globe, be a key contact for stakeholders, and support organization-wide supply chain workstreams and their impact. Then we are looking for you to join us KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Translate corporate and Supply Chain sustainability targets and requirements (Scope 3) into a specific program planContribute to and coordinate implementation of Supply Chain sustainability agenda and roadmaps; support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives Set up project governance, milestones and KPIs, ensuring project goals are successfully achievedCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and enhance data needs, data quality and govern sustainability supply chain baselineLiaise with suppliers and logistics service providers to align with sustainability expectations and performance goalsDevelop communication materials for internal updates, steering committee meetings, stakeholder engagement, and employee engagementIdentify and assess compliance readiness and risks within the project scopeSupport implementation of internal policies and procedures, participate in internal/external audit assessmentsTrack and report progress against targets, risks, and dependenciesChampion best practices in the adoption and establishment of project and transformation management standards. Mentor junior members of the Global SC Strategy & Transformation teamKEY RELATIONSHIPSStakeholders can relate to the following core functions: SCM Global FunctionsSCM MarketsCorporate Sustainability & ESGSourcingLegalGovernment AffairsCorporate Internal Audit, Internal ControlsPartner Functions: HR, Finance, GBS, Tech and Data AnalyticsThird-party logistics partners and suppliers KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Business acumen and knowledge in sustainability of Supply Chain (specifically Scope 3)Knowledge of relevant sustainable logistics frameworks is an asset Proven track record in areas of transformation, project management and/or change managementStrong interpersonal skills paired with being a good communicator/storyteller. You value collaboration and collective successMentor junior team members by providing feedback to support the development and performance of the teamYou own your development and believe in lifelong learning REQUISITE EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a Multinational Corporation (MNC) environment (e.g., consulting, apparel/fashion/retail/logistics, supply chain management background)Within which 2 years of relevant sustainability experience and project leadership in a global settingCollege or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
