About the Role We are looking for a highly strategic and commercially driven Associate Director to join our team, with responsibility for leading strategic partnerships with a portfolio of Swiss-headquartered life sciences clients, focusing specifically on their regional and global teams based in Switzerland. This role is central to how IQVIA engages with some of its most important growth customers. The successful candidate will serve as the primary commercial point of contact, representing IQVIA’s full commercial portfolio and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Acting as a trusted partner and growth driver, the Associate Director will deepen executive relationships, uncover new opportunities, and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration — leading through influence to bring the right expertise together to address evolving client priorities and deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
