LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS SPECIALIST / INTERNATIONAL BODY CARE BRAND / ROOT - ZURICH We are currently recruiting for a leading international retail company, looking for aLOGISTICS & OPERATIONS SPECIALISTto support end-to-end operational processes across multiple European markets. Based in theZurich area (Root), this is a hands-on, multi-country role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and vendor-management capabilities. Responsibilities: Oversee and track the full order-to-delivery flow, ensuring accurate and timely movement of goods from brand partners to warehouse and to final retail destinations. Coordinate daily operations with logistics providers, print houses, warehouses, and regulatory specialists to ensure service quality and adherence to timelines. Create and manage purchase orders, monitor approvals, and maintain all related procurement and vendor documentation. Act as main contact for external vendors, managing deadlines, service levels, and compliance requirements. Prepare periodic operational and regulatory reports for internal stakeholders and relevant external partners. Support general office processes including billing, invoice tracking, and supply management. Collaborate closely with logistics and store operations teams to ensure accurate stock levels, efficient replenishment, and proper allocation of marketing and operational materials to stores. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in logistics coordination, vendor management, or back-office operations within retail, FMCG, or similar environments. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills and comfort working with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with operational workflows. Fluent in English and German ; additional European languages are a plus. Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working across countries and time zones. Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany.
