Creation and maintenance of customer relations, as well as supporting customers on site. Carrying out site inspections. Administrative assistance of the Event Sales and Event Planning Team in the planning of events of up to 1500 people. Handover of events to the operational departments. Creation of deposit invoices, control of final invoices, and completion of general correspondence. Use of the various hotel systems, including Envision, Opera and Reserve.
