Das Unternehmen entwickelt und produziert moderne, wissenschaftlich geprüfte Phytopharmaka und gehört in seinem Segment zu den führenden Playern. Im Zuge einer Teamverstärkung suche ich eine/n: Quality Assurance Manager (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des GMP-konformen Qualitätsmanagementsystems Erstellung von Product Quality Reviews (PQR) in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Beanstandungen und Retouren Durchführung der Lieferantenqualifizierung Begleitung von Behörden- und Kundenaudits sowie Durchführung interner und externer Audit Erstellung und Pflege qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente, SOPs und Berichte Planung und Durchführung interner QA-Schulungen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung mit naturwissenschaftlichem Hintergrund Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise in einem pharmazeutischen GMP-Umfeld Strukturierte, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz und überzeugendes Auftreten Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP- und Dokumentationssystemen von Vorteil Interessiert?
