Zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams suchen wir eine kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit als Operational Excellence Coordinator . Du treibst Verbesserungen aktiv voran - mit Fokus auf Sicherheit, Qualität und Effizienz sowie eine starke Zusammenarbeit im Betrieb. Das erwartet dich bei uns Digitalisierung: Du entwickelst und optimierst digitale Tools und Prozesse für Schichtübergaben, Kennzahlen und Reporting - z. B. mit Power BI oder Share Point. Standardisierung: Du begleitest Teams beim Aufbau, der Umsetzung und Anwendung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Standards in POKA. Optimierungsprojekte: Du treibst die Optimierung und Standardisierung von Abläufen und Formatwechseln voran und unterstützt Projekte im Bereich Anlagenoptimierung und Vertical Start-up. Analysekompetenz und Kulturförderung: Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von Verlusten, Stillständen und leitest daraus nachhaltige Massnahmen ab, um unsere Prozesse stetig zu optimieren. Kompetenzmanagement: Du wirkst beim Aufbau und der Pflege des Kompetenzmanagements und förderst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeitenden. Kennzahlenmanagement: Du überwachst unsere Produktionskennzahlen und leitest gezielt Verbesserungs-massnahmen ein. Kommunikation: Du förderst den Informationsfluss und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Produktion, Technik, Qualität und Verwaltung. Das macht Dich erfolgreich Leidenschaft für Produktion: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich und optimalerweise eine weiterführende Qualifikation (Studium, HF etc.). Organisationsfähigkeit: Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und bereichsübergreifend zu denken. Methodenwissen: Du hast Erfahrung mit Lean-, TPM- und/oder Continuous-Improvement-Methoden und möchtest deine Kenntnisse anwenden. Kommunikationsstärke: Du überzeugst mit zielgerichteter Kommunikation und setzt dich mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Empathie für gemeinsame Ziele ein Team- und Persönlichkeitskompetenz: Du bist zuverlässig, teamorientiert, belastbar, flexibel und serviceorientiert. Fit für den Alltag: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2), gute Englischkentnisse sowie gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP und Tools wie Power BI, Sharepoint oder Power Apps) runden dein Profil ab.
