Position Summary
The
Warehouse Associate II (Materials Handler)
is responsible for performing and documenting daily
Materials Management
operations and internal material flow activities within a
cGMP environment
.

This position covers all floor operations in both the
Warehouse
and
Weigh & Dispense
departments, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and flexibility to support cross-functional operations based on business needs and Supervisor direction.
Key Responsibilities

  • Unload, receive, and store incoming materials.
  • Ship materials following internal procedures (
    IATA certification
    is a plus).
  • Perform
    weighing and dispensing
    operations —
    mandatory requirement
    .
  • Load and handle
    toxic materials
    safely, following established safety guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all material movements.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (valid
    Forklift License
    required).
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Support both
    Warehouse
    and
    Weigh & Dispense
    operations as needed.
  • Collaborate with a
    17- member team
    to achieve operational targets.

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • Minimum
    2 years of overall experience
    in warehouse or materials handling.
  • Warehouse experience
    –
    mandatory
    .
  • Weigh & Dispense
    experience –
    mandatory
    .
  • GMP experience
    – nice to have but not required.

Languages:
English – mandatory.
Certifications:
Valid
Forklift License
– required.
IATA certification
– nice to have.
Technical Skills:
Experience with
Oracle
(ERP system). Experience with
Syncade
(MES system).
Other:
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and excellent documentation practices.
Team Environment
You will join a dedicated team of
17 professionals
, maintaining high operational standards and supporting production excellence across warehouse and dispensary functions.
