Join a multinational biotechnology company in Solothurn. Job Description The Warehouse & Dispensing Associate performs weigh and dispense and material management activities in compliance with GMP, safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include: Execute weigh and dispense operations and material management activities per daily schedules and procedures. Unload, prepare, weigh, pack, and ship materials, including finished products and drug substances. Receive and record GMP materials using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Handle materials within the dispensary, including toxic substances, in compliance with safety and GMP requirements. Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain clean, organized storage areas. Support Kanban materials, kitting, and glucose refill processes. Monitor processes against recipes and documentation; troubleshoot equipment and process issues. Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts per established procedures. Update documents, implement process or equipment changes, and support validation activities. Maintain individual training plans, participate in team training, and assist in onboarding new associates. The Successful Applicant In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous background as an industry or process operator, or technical craftsman. Basic understanding of biopharmaceutical technology and processes. English proficiency at minimum B2 level; German and/or French considered an asset. Ability to assess and troubleshoot equipment and process issues, making routine decisions based on experience. Completion of all required GXP and departmental training. Solid understanding of documentation standards within a cGMP environment. Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations. A valid forklift license is a plus for this position.
