Research Associate - Cellular Assays (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Basel Stadt Start date: asap Reference number: /1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Responsibilities Execute compound validation flow-chart assays on a regular basis, with a focus on biochemical assays Support the screening team in their efforts to identify small molecule glue compounds Support internal compound logistics and optimize existing processes Participate in the characterization and validation of putative molecular glues using various biochemical, biophysical, and cellular methods Troubleshoot and optimize compound profiling assay protocols Maintain accurate and detailed lab records, contribute to data analysis, compile and present findings in internal project meetings Collaborate cross-functionally with biology and chemistry teams to ensure timely delivery of profiling data for ongoing discovery efforts Oversee experiments done at CROs, whenever applicable Profile BS/MSc in biological science or technician apprenticeship Working experience, preferably in Pharma or Biotech Experience with biochemical assay development and implementation, with a focus on high-throughput fluorescence-based methods Experience with quantitative biochemical assay data analysis and interpretation Experience handling and managing a compound library and the associated data using state-of-the-art databases would be an asset Benefits A great team: Work in a motivated and helpful team State-of-the-art laboratory equipment
