Our offices host startups, investors, and innovators from all over the world, working to shape the future of Web3. Tasks What You'll Do This role combines front desk reception, day-to-day operations, and team support—perfect if you're organized, friendly, and curious to learn how a fast-growing tech hub works behind the scenes. You'll be: The first point of contact at our reception is greeting guests and making them feel at home Supporting the day-to-day office operations (meeting rooms, mail, vendors, office supplies, etc.) Helping onboard new members in our co-working community Answering calls and emails (in English and German) Jumping in to help with internal events, logistics, and whatever else comes up – we're a small, collaborative team Requirements What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience; we're looking for someone who is: Proactive, friendly, and service-oriented Comfortable communicating in both English and German A natural multitasker who stays calm and organised, even on busy days Curious about startups, tech, or blockchain (you don't need to be an expert) Currently studying or recently graduated in business, hospitality, or a similar field Benefits What You'll Get A unique opportunity to be part of a leading blockchain hub in Europe A super supportive, international team that values learning and growth Real hands-on experience and exposure to startups, investors, and events A workspace where no two days are the same, and your contribution really matters Possibility to grow into a long-term role Interested?
