In this role, you’ll work with top sponsors, international federations, and dedicated event teams to make sure every brand experience is seamless, exciting, and impactful.From coordinating hospitality and VIP programs to leading on-site activations and sub-events, you’ll be a key player in creating unforgettable moments for partners and fans. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy hands-on responsibility, and bring a flair for structure and service, this is your opportunityBuild and maintain strong working relationships with the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), local Organising Committees, service providers and other key stakeholdersAct as the main point of contact for sponsors and partners when it comes to marketing operationsEnsure smooth coordination with internal teams, including marketing, media and digitalAssist in organising and executing the sponsor ticketing and VIP Voucher programLead the recruitment, scheduling and briefing of hospitality hostesses and supervise them on-site during eventsIndependently plan and execute sub-events related to the IIHF project, such as sponsor workshopsCoordinate the re-invoicing process for partners and sponsors in collaboration with our Finance teamSupport in the coordination of the marketing photography project and the production process of the official team advertising for the championshipBe an active part of the on-site implementation of marketing operations during the IIHF WMSupport the marketing operations team in other tasks related to the IIHF projectYour profileYou have 2–3 years of experience in marketing and events, and hold an advanced degree in marketing, event management or a related fieldYou communicate confidently, clearly, and enjoy working with different stakeholdersYou bring a strong customer service orientation, excellent organisational skills and a mindset that is structured and detail-orientedYou stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks with easeYou ideally have experience in account management and event ticketingYou are willing to travel internationally and bring a strong understanding of marketing and service excellenceYou are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointYou are fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plusWhat we offerWorking in a hybrid model which allows you to work from our office and from homeRelaxed & familiar working atmosphere, flat hierarchies, positive spirit and many degrees of freedom in your daily workSupport in developing your skills and talents through individual trainings and group workshops, attending (sports) events and networking eventsSocial benefits, such as a subsidised company pension plan, capital-forming benefits and worldwide accident insurance in a private wardAre you ready to actively shape and elevate every aspect of the sports industry?
