We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Operations and Events Manager to join our elite team. Join us at the forefront of blockchain innovation

Our vibrant hubs in Zug, Vaduz, and Cape Town are home to more than 200 leading blockchain projects. We foster a unique and innovative environment, combining coworking spaces, events, and research activities to drive the global blockchain community forward.
Tasks
**What you’ll be doing**:
**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of CV Labs’ state-of-the-art coworking spaces and ensure all services run efficiently.
- Support and implementation of tools and processes to increase automation and operational efficiency in a cutting-edge tech environment.
- Co-Hosting the Headquarters Reception, including Post Organisation,
- First contact for tenant requests
- Develop and maintain operational plans, financial plans, and other strategic documents.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.

**Event Management**:

- Plan and execute engaging events, ranging from small curated gatherings to medium-scale community and industry events, with the opportunity to support large-scale conferences like the prestigious CV Summit.
- Coordinate event logistics, including liaising with vendors, handling permits, and managing budgets.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and communication across all events and locations.
- Conduct post-event analysis to establish best practices and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in operations management with a secondary focus and exerience on event management.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Good command of Google Workspace, as well as working knowledge of event/production tools such as Eventbrite, Canva, etc.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations.
- Self-starter with a strong analytical problem-solving ability.
- Ready to work during event hours (evening, weekend)
- Service-oriented, hospitality experience of advantage
- Experience in the blockchain/technology sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
