YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Statistical Innovation Expert, you will: Provide strategic statistical consultation and hands-on implementation of advanced methodologies to optimize clinical trial designs and data analytics; Lead the development and application of innovative study designs, including adaptive and Bayesian model-based designs, to enhance trial efficiency and outcomes; Utilize advanced modeling and simulation techniques, and predictive analytics to address complex challenges in drug development and life-cycle management; Drive the creation of cutting-edge data analytic tools, such as R-Shiny apps, to support agile, data-driven decision-making; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence quantitative decision-making and represent Bayer in professional societies, academic institutions, and regulatory discussions; Stay at the forefront of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and statistical innovations to ensure Bayer remains a leader in clinical trial excellence; Mentor and train statisticians and clinical teams on advanced statistical methods and novel study designs to foster knowledge sharing and large-scale adoption.
