Aufgaben Business Analyse/Requirements Engineering, Leader, Projektmanagement Region Innerschweiz Ortschaft Zug REF Nr 2J8S13 Stellenbeschreibung Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines aktuell 6-köpfigen Teams (Wachstum auf bis zu 7 Personen geplant) im Bereich Project Management & Business Analyse Gesamtverantwortung für erfolgreiche Software-Projekte – agil oder hybrid – von der Anforderungsdefinition bis zum Go-Live Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen aus Versicherungen, Banken und Industrie – du erkennst Potenziale, übersetzt Geschäftsziele in technische Lösungen und sorgst für messbaren Mehrwert Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Methodenstandards in Projektmanagement, Business Analyse und Requirements Engineering Leitung von Schlüsselkundenprojekten und aktive Mitarbeit an strategischen Initiativen im Rahmen der Unternehmenswachstumsstrategie Verantwortung für Qualität, Budget und Zeitrahmen der Projekte sowie Reporting an Management und Stakeholder Anforderungsprofil Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Softwareprojekten sowie in der Business Analyse / Requirements Engineering – idealerweise mit Grosskunden oder als externer Dienstleister. Nachweisliche Erfahrung mit agilen oder hybriden Methoden und Tools (Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence, Story Mapping, BPMN, UML). Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Team- sowie Stakeholder-Management-Erfahrung. Erfahrung im Projekt- und Kosten-Controlling sowie in der Analyse komplexer Systemlandschaften. Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (inkl. Schweizerdeutsch) und sehr gutes Englisch. Zertifizierungen (z. B. PMI, SAFe, IREB) sind von Vorteil.
