Ihre Aufgaben : Strategische und operative Führung des Standortes Technische Weiterentwicklung sowie Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe Finanzverantwortung inkl.. Budgetplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Verantwortung für das operative Tagesgeschäft und tatkräftige Unterstützung im Alltag, wo nötig Führung, Coaching und Teambildung der Mitarbeitenden und Abteilungen Förderung der Zusammenarbeit der Verantwortlichkeitsbereiche sowie mit Abteilungen und Firmen der Gruppe Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Schweizer und internationalen Vorschriften Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene techn. Berufslehre/Studium idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau/Betriebswirtschaft Erfahrung in der Konstruktion, Einkauf, Produktion sowie in der betriebswirtschaftlichen Unternehmungsführung Erfahrung im Maschinenbau im internationalen Investitionsgütergeschäft von Vorteil (vorzugsweise Lebensmittelindustrie) Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Persönlichkeit: Hands-on Mentalität gepaart mit der Fähigkeit auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten Professioneller und sozialkompetenter Ansprechpartner Lösungsorientiert, selbständig, strukturiert Unser Angebot: Ein abwechslungsreiches und vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet in einem agilen KMU Ein internationales Arbeitsumfeld mit namhaften Kunden Herausfordernde Projekte und Gestaltungsspielraum Ein motiviertes Team Eine professionelle Einarbeitung in unsere Produkte und Prozesse Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen
