Student Job – Administrative Support

The FEI is looking for two students to join us in part-time roles alongside their studies, with a 50% rate of activity (20h weekly) for a duration of 6 to 12 months . Daily working hours are preferred; however, this remains flexible and can be organised and aligned together with the student’s schedule. Both positions are based in Lausanne and are available as of 1 February 2026. Purpose of the Role The FEI Technology Operations Department provides online tools for National Federations, Event Organisers, Athletes and other Stakeholders in regards to the management of equestrian sport at international level. As part of the Service & Support Team, you will provide general administrative support to all Stakeholders in relation to horse identification and health documents. Student Job – Administrative Support (50%) Key Responsibilities General administrative support - Provide general support to Stakeholders in regards to FEI Passports & Documents - Ensure data quality in the FEI Database - Provide general administrative support to the TO Department Position Requirements - Currently pursuing higher education - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - Mother tongue or Fluent in English (level C2), spoken French is a plus - Rigorous, meticulous with attention to detail - Positive interpersonal skills - Ability to work well within a team, under pressure and meet deadlines - Experience and knowledge of sport; equestrian sport is a plus You will be working in first class facilities, downtown Lausanne, accessible from public transportation within minutes from Lac Léman.
