The actual location of this job is in Basel Stücki, Switzerland. For our successful Drug Product focused branch located in Basel and Stein, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. What you will get: An agile career and a dynamic work culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Compensation programs that recognize high performance What you will do: Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with Group branding and messaging Create engaging content for internal channels, including email and intranet Organize employee meetings and town halls to foster transparency and connection Drive engagement initiatives based on survey feedback and continuous listening Coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships and volunteer activities Support crisis communication and ensure timely stakeholder messaging Create content for Lonza’s LinkedIn page following Group guidelines What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of experience in communications, ideally in an international matrix organization Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams Experience in crisis communication and change management methodologies Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German About Lonza At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
