**Associate Director Scientific Affairs Hemophilia**:
**Role & Function**
The Associate Director Scientific Affairs Hemophilia supports the cross-functional headquarter and affiliate teams with internal & external medical and scientific deliverables in accordance with the strategy to support the hemophilia product portfolio. Activities include scientific communication, study support & publications, and training, as well as broad scientific support to a wide range of activities and deliverables owned by other functions in the cross-functional TA team, including Commercial, Patient Access, and Community Engagement. The position holder is also in charge of the review of promotional and non-promotional materials, to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Creation, review and approval of materials for scientific communication for internal and external use, including training materials- MACS representative in selected Phase IV studies, including data analysis and publication development- Engage in developing and executing the strategic and tactical plan for the medical activities to support the assigned brand(s), in collaboration with the Medical Affairs Lead- Provide scientific input to the development of promotional material driven by the Commercial functions and non-promotional patient engagement material driven by the Community Engagement team- Collaborate with Market Insights on the creation and review of regular competitive intelligence updates, congress summaries, and rapid responses- Scientific review and quality control of non-promotional and promotional materials; point person for the overall promotional and non-promotional review process for the assigned brand(s)- Proactively works with all parties to implement best practices and streamline processes- Acts in accordance with the highest scientific and ethical standards and adheres to applicable rules and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry- Enhances productive relationships and contributes within the immediate and cross-functional team**Qualifications**
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (e.g., Medical Affairs/Scientific Communications), preferably at HQ level
- Ability to accurately and effectively evaluate and analyze medical/scientific literature
- Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
- Expertise in Regulatory Affairs and Compliance in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
- Experience within the Haemophilia therapeutic area is highly desired
- Ability to collaborate and develop relationshipsv with key external stakeholders
- Experience with Veeva Solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong intercultural competencies
