About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Front Office Department, the Front Office Agent will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk service in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences. It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will always keep the guest's perspective in mind and carry out the mission of the Rooms Division. The Front Office Agent reports to the Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager. TLNT1_CH YOUR TASKS As Front Office Agent, we expect from you: Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry, with front office experience in upscale hospitality Strong team player with excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in computer systems with solid knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) Excellent written and verbal communication skills – approachable and professional in handling both guest complaints and positive feedback Flexibility and resilience - your position will include weekend and holiday shifts Excellent manners, approachable and well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma Excellent knowledge of German and English.
