Facilities Manager (m/w/d) Was Sie in dieser Rolle erwartet Als Facilities Manager (m/w/d) sind Sie der zentrale Ansprechpartner vor Ort und übernehmen die verantwortungsvolle Führung des gesamten Facility Managements. In enger und vertrauensvoller Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior FM oder Regional Manager tragen Sie dazu bei, hochwertige Facility-Management-Dienstleistungen zu erbringen. Dabei koordinieren und verwalten Sie Anforderungen und sorgen für eine exzellente Servicequalität, die unsere Kunden begeistert. Ihr abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsalltag Sie sind das freundliche Gesicht der FM-Funktion vor Ort und der geschätzte Ansprechpartner für alle kundenbezogenen Fragen Sie entwickeln und implementieren kreative Programme, Prozesse und Verfahren, die in enger Teamarbeit mit dem Facility Management Team und unseren Kunden sowohl kurz- als auch langfristige Kosteneinsparungen ermöglichen und die Produktivität steigern Sie erstellen kundenspezifische Berichte auf monatlicher, quartalsweiser und jährlicher Basis mit hoher Qualität und Präzision Sie unterstützen tatkräftig bei der Entwicklung und Verwaltung der Facility-Budgets in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich, dabei arbeiten Sie Hand in Hand mit den Kundenvertretern Sie managen erfolgreich die Erbringung von Facility Services (technische und infrastrukturelle Dienstleistungen) durch interne oder externe Teams Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Tagesbetrieb und pflegen eine offene Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten in den Unternehmensmieterbereichen Sie führen regelmäßige Leistungsüberprüfungen eigener und externer Teams durch professionelles KPI-Management und Governance durch Was Sie mitbringen Mindestens 6 Jahre wertvolle Branchenerfahrung im Unternehmensumfeld, bei einem Drittanbieter oder als Berater Ausgeprägte organisatorische und Management-Fähigkeiten in Matrixorganisationen sowie Erfahrung in der Führung technischer und administrativer Teams Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die Sie gerne einsetzen Starke Präsentationsfähigkeiten, mit denen Sie andere begeistern Sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office und MS SharePoint Fundierte Computerkenntnisse in CMMS/Work-Order-Systemen Praktische Erfahrung in kritischen Umgebungen/Laborbereichen Kenntnisse der spannenden Life-Sciences-Branche, Büro- und/oder Produktionsanlagen sind wünschenswert JLL mitgestalten Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung unter Angabe Ihres frühestmöglichen Starttermins sowie Ihrer Gehaltsvorstellung.
