IT Operations Specialist (m/w/d) Freiberuflich/in temporärer Festanstellung für ein Projekt Basel Stadt Startdatum: sofort Referenznummer: /1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Aufgaben Technischer 2nd-Level Support (POS & HQ): Bearbeitung komplexer Incidents und technischer Anfragen im Bereich Verkaufsstelleninfrastruktur & Technischer Support für Büroarbeitsplätze bis Betriebssystemebene & Unterstützung bei Störungen an mobilen und virtuellen Clients (Citrix, iOS, macOS, Windows 10/11) Systemnahe Administration & Tools: Unterstützung bei der Administration zentraler Infrastrukturkomponenten (z.?B. Active Directory, DHCP, IPAM) & Administration von Softwareverteillösungen (Baramundi, Intune), Thin Client Management ( LTM) und Drucklösungen (KFS) Koordination & Partnersteuerung: Koordination von Vor-Ort-Einsätzen durch externe Field Support Partner & Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams (z.?B. Netzwerk, Applikationsteams, Service Desk) bei komplexen Störungen und Anfragen & Technische Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Releases von Endgeräten und Kassensystemen Wissensmanagement & Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Checklisten, Known Errors und Workarounds & Unterstützung des 1st Level und Field Supports durch Templates und Anleitungen Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich ( Informatiker EFZ, Fachinformatiker, Systemtechniker) Praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration, idealerweise im Retail-, Gastronomie- oder Dienstleistungsumfeld Erfahrung im 2nd-Level-Support für Windows-Clients sowie gängige Peripherie (Drucker, Scanner,
